Making a Purchase

Select any item featured in the shop, click on it to add it to your shopping bag and when you have chosen all you need, click on "Order" the site will then ask for the information I need to process you order. I accept credit cards or Paypal If a bank transfer is preferable please contact me by email to place your order and issue payment. Your order will be sent only when the purchase amount has been cleared in my bank.

Postage

Postage and package charges will vary according to the weight of your order and the destination.  Post is in UK only.

Delivery

My turnaround on orders is fast and I aim to post your order within 2 working days of receiving it. I will inform you if any item is not in stock and there may be a delay. Your satisfaction with my service is important to me.

Returns

Due to the nature of my products I do not accept returns. If there is subsequently a problem on delivery with damage or breakages  please contact me immediately and we will work out a solution.
